MUDDY DEPOSITS, ALGAE AND LIMESTONE IN THE UNDERFLOOR HEATING
The coil of the underfloor heating system is charged with water at the time of installation, then remains inside for many years. This causes deterioration of the pipelines due to the formation of mud deposits, algae, accumulation of calcium and even corrosion of the tube itself
CONSEQUENCES
What problems can these deposits cause? As the plant is designed to allow water to flow only, any solid or semi-solid storage can cause system damage … The main negative effects can be seen in the boilers, as the sludge accumulating in the pipeline causes the system performance to fall. This results in an increase in consumption, caused by the difficulty of circulating water. This results in an increase in the water and gas bill. All this creates a decrease in internal comfort due to the difficulty in heating.
We have the solution…X-Floor®
The water flow into the pipeline generate some currents that attract salt particles and deposit a very hard layer in the pipe surface. X-Cal® dissipate the currents on pipeline, so it facilitate the detachment of calcium particles.
SET UP
The set up is very easy and intuitive.v At one end of the device there is a clip that will stick to the hot water inlet tube. Is suitable for all types of pipe.
DEVICE LIFE: the device lasts 2 years
